Web Orders

Our site contains a complete list of all current products in our portfolio.  To purchase online, simply follow these three simple steps:

 

1) Browse and add all of your products with required quantities to basket.  When complete go to checkout, making any final adjustments.

2) At checkout page, you must create a customer account with us including you shipping address details. 

3) Select your method of shipping - Pickup in store is FREE.  Delivery charges vary based on the size of the items and whether assembly is required.  It is calculated for you at checkout if you select this option.  All payment information is processed using secure processing and authorisation is done online in United States dollars.

 

You will received an order confirmation email acknowledging your order.  Someone will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the availability to collect or deliver your order.  Once your order has been confirmed, you will be unable to make any changes to this order.

 

In the event you wish to exchange an order that has been delivered, this must be done within 30 days of purchase - all items must be unused and in their original packaging.  Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or delivery fees. In certain cases a restocking or usage fee may apply.

 

Items tagged for FREE Pickup in Store should be collected within 7 days of processing.  In the event that you do not collect the item in this timeframe, we will make several attempts to contact you.  Items that remain uncollected after 30 days will be put back into stock and a restocking fee charged up to the value of the item.
